I worked with the Kent County Hospital in Warwick Rhode Island to develop a collaborative approach to innovation for their surgical services. This project took clinicians and administrators from disparate parts of the surgical journey and brought them together to focus on a user-centered design approach. The team worked together to identify and prioritize opportunities in three key domains.
