Research Methods

We worked with an office supply retailer to understand how to better make and sell cut sheet paper.

We interviewed a number of people ranging from moms to office managers of Fortune 500 companies to understand the challenges with paper buying.

 

 

 

We observed all of the users while they bought paper, for some this meant a traditional in-store shop along, for others this meant observing the online ordering process.

 

 

 

We also worked on a business model innovation aspect of this project where we interviewed key stakeholders to understand their current business model and potential future business model innovation.

 

 

 

During this project I got the opportunity to live as a office supply delivery person. This allowed the team to understand the logistical challenges with proposed solutions.
