I worked with the Southcoast Hospital System to develop an innovation program. This program brought clinicians from all parts of the hospital system together to improve inpatient care. The project below captures our team's approach to creating a measurable improvement to the medication administration process. The team on this project consisted of nurses, doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators. As a result of this project, the core team pitched their recommendations to the Executive Suite and received funding to implement as series of solutions.
